Design Cold Liquor Heat Exchanger
Thermaline cold liquor heat exchangers use glycol to cool a large volume of water over a period of time using a secondary plate heat exchanger. The chilled water is then used to cool your wort. This, in turn, allows you to utilize a smaller glycol chiller for your wort cooling process.
